Am-Can Business & Tech School is committed to fostering a safe, equitable, and transparent learning environment for all students. Whether you are studying at our Vaughan campus or completing coursework through our e-LMS portal, our policies ensure that every student is supported and evaluated fairly.

Our school policies are strictly aligned with the Ontario Ministry of Education’s standards, including the Growing Success assessment framework and all applicable Policy/Program Memorandums (PPMs).

Regulatory & Compliance Notice: Am-Can Business & Tech School is preparing to open and operate for the 2026-2027 academic year, with classes commencing September, 2026. The school has submitted its Notice of Intention to the Ministry of Education and is actively completing the pre-inspection process to secure the authority to grant OSSD credits. All academic policies are subject to updates pending final Ministry validation.
