Support and response

Enrolled students. Once you sign in to your learning portal you will find a dedicated student support email address. Use that route first, because it reaches the team who can see your enrolment record.

• Admissions and enrolment questions. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Sign-in and learning portal problems. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 business hours. If you cannot sign in on the day of a final examination, telephone the school rather than emailing.
• Campus visits and tours. Arranged by appointment. We reply within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Questions about your course, an assignment or a mark. Send these to your teacher through the learning portal, not to the school office. Your teacher contacts you individually at least once a week.
• Formal complaints and appeals. These follow the Dispute Resolution and Academic Appeals policy, which sets its own timelines.

Messages received outside office hours, at weekends, or during a closure are picked up on the next business day.

Supervised on-site study, examinations written on site, and appointments with the Principal all take place here. Visits and tours must be arranged in advance. Everyone entering the campus signs the visitor register, which is kept as a safety record.

Official mail, registration documents and Ontario Student Record transfers go to the records office, which is kept separately from the teaching space so student records stay secure.

Common questions

How do I enrol?

Everything is online. Choose your course and your session, register and pay, then watch your inbox for your access instructions. The How to enrol page sets out every step.

When do courses start?

Your course starts on the first day of the session you choose. There are six fixed sessions a year, each running for six study weeks and delivering one course of 110 scheduled hours. Session 1 of 2026-2027 begins on Monday 14 September 2026.

Can I take more than one course at once?

No. You take one course per session, so up to six courses a year with us. Students who need more earn the balance elsewhere and transfer them in.

Do I have to come to the campus?

It depends on the format you choose.

In class at the Vaughan campus. Yes. That is where you study. You attend and work through your course in a classroom or the computer room, with staff present to supervise and assist.

100% online. No. The course is asynchronous and everything happens from wherever you are, including your course materials, your assignments, contact with your teacher and your final examination.

Where do I write my final examination?

It depends on your format.

In class at the Vaughan campus. On campus, under staff invigilation.

100% online. Online, under proctoring with identity verification, from wherever you are.

Either route is arranged in advance and there is no additional charge. If the other route would suit you better, ask the school office and it can be arranged.

Who is my teacher, and how do I reach them?

Every course has an assigned Ontario Certified Teacher who contacts you individually at least once a week. Reach them through the learning portal, not through the school office.

Will my credit be official?

Once the school holds credit-granting authority, completed credits are recorded on the Ontario Student Transcript, the same provincial record issued by every secondary school in Ontario.
