AI Model Training: Build a Smart Spam Filter
Self-paced · About 14 hours · Final assessment within 3 weeks of unlocking · 100% online
This is where your code starts to learn. You train a machine learning model that sorts spam from real messages by learning from labelled examples, then you test how well it works on messages it has never seen.
What you will be able to do
- Explain training data, labels and predictions
- Turn text into features a program can learn from
- Use simple probability to score messages
- Split data into training and test sets
- Measure accuracy and improve your model
